REFUND POLICY

You may request a refund of the purchase price within 7 days of receiving the item.
Please note Shipping costs and Import duties are non-refundable.

HOW TO REQUEST FOR A RETUN AND REFUND

1. If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email returns@greenzania.com

2. Once your request has been approved from a member of our staff, you will receive an RMA number and the return address. Please make sure you include the RMA number in the package so that we can process the return. Don’t send anything back to us without an RMA as we will not be able to process a return.

3. You must return all the items in their original package sealed, undamaged and unopened. Only when the items have been safely received and inspected, will a refund be made via your initial payment method.

4. All returns must be sent back to us by registered post or by other means that require a signature of receipt of the goods.
Returned goods that are damaged in transit due to poor packaging will NOT be refunded and will be returned to the Buyer.

FAULTY or DAMAGED ITEMS

In the event of receiving any faulty or damaged items, please inform us within 7 days of receiving it to info@greenzania.com

We may ask you for the photos of the damaged item.

If you notice upon delivery that the item or consignment is physically damaged, it lacks content or is showing signs of opening, you can file a compensation process through the carrier responsible for delivering.

If you receive a damaged item, please take photos right away. Ensure that the goods are packaged safely and securely for their journey back to us, and once agreed with our customer service send the goods back to use for inspection.

We can either exchange/replace the item damaged or refund you. If a refund has been requested, upon the agreed return of an item to our warehouse, a member of staff will inspect the item to ensure it meets the above conditions. If approved during the inspection, a refund will be issued back to you via your initial payment method if possible or store credit.

Please note: Return costs incurred by the customer are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged.
